Creating an Audio File with one Source File |
1. | Open the AudioConverter by double-clicking its icon, for example. |
2. | Select the type of announcement or music on hold (MOH). |
You can choose between: |
• | HiPath OpenOffice EE Music On Hold File (MOH) |
(maximum length 85 seconds) |
• | HiPath OpenOffice EE/3000 EVM Announement memory optimized |
(maximum length 3 minutes) |
• | HiPath OpenOffice EE/3000 EVM Announcement HiQuality |
(maximum length 3 minutes) |
3. | Click next. |
4. | Click One Source File; an input field for entering the required file appears. |
5. | Enter the desired file here in .wav format. |
6. | Click next. |
A window appears in which the individual internal processing steps are listed one after the other. You can see the steps performed, but cannot take any action. |
7. | In the next window, Preprocessing and Cutting, use the slider to set the required playback duration. The times are displayed in seconds. |
8. | In the Test field, you can now listen to your music by pressing the Play key. |
9. | Click next. |
10. | In the Volume window, use the slider to set the desired volume. The set value is displayed in decibels. |
11. | Test the set volume. |
12. | Click next. |
13. | Now define a name (file.bin or file.wav) and a folder for storing the edited track. |
The generation takes a few seconds and is followed by a message confirming the successful completion of the operation. |
14. | Click Close. |
